Interest forms
Before your fight card is finalised, you can create an interest form to let fighters register their interest in appearing on your event.
How it works
- You need to have an event created first — forms are always linked to an event.
- From the promoter dashboard, tap the Forms page. You'll see a list of your events showing which ones have a form connected.
- Find the event you want to create a form for and tap the + button next to it.
- The form editor opens with required fields already in place (Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth) and default questions pre-filled (gym, weight, stance, discipline, fight record, Instagram). Default questions can be removed if you don't need them.
- Add your own custom questions if needed — text, number, dropdown, single choice, multi choice, phone, email, or date.
- Save the form. Tap the share icon next to the event to share the form link via WhatsApp, text, or social media.
- Fighters fill in the form — no account needed.
- Tap the event row to review submissions. You can mark fighters as contacted or uncontacted to keep track of who you've reached out to.
Sharing the form
The interest form has its own short URL (shwdwn.co/ri/...) that you can copy and share anywhere — WhatsApp groups, Instagram stories, your website. Anyone with the link can submit.
Tip: You can edit the form questions at any time. Existing submissions aren't affected — new submissions will use the updated questions.
