Creating tickets

Tickets are managed from the Tickets tab on your event page. You can create multiple tiers with different prices and quantities.

Default tickets

When you create an event, default ticket tiers are added automatically:

  • Ringside — £100
  • General Admission — £40
  • PPV Stream — £20 (only visible if PPV is enabled on the event, hidden otherwise)

You can edit the names, prices, and quantities of these defaults or add new tiers — they're just a starting point.

Adding a ticket tier

  1. Open your event from the promoter dashboard and go to Tickets.
  2. Tap Add Ticket.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Name — e.g. "General Admission", "Ringside", "VIP"
    • Price — the amount fans pay
    • Quantity — total number available for this tier
    • Visibility — choose whether this tier is visible to all fans or hidden
  4. Save the ticket.

PPV tickets

If your event has PPV enabled, you can add a PPV ticket tier from the same Tickets tab. PPV tickets give fans access to the live stream. Fans who buy an in-person ticket can also purchase PPV separately if they want to rewatch or share access.

Fee breakdown

When setting a price, you'll see a breakdown showing:

  • Your ticket price — what you receive, in full
  • SHWDWN's service fee, added on top for the customer
  • The total the fan pays at checkout

Nothing is deducted from your side. The customer's service fee covers Stripe processing, so you never pay a platform or payment processing fee. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you get.

Tip: You can edit ticket tiers and adjust quantities at any time, even after the event is published.
