Our Promise

Our promise to fighters

SHWDWN exists to make fighters more money and to make the business of fighting fairer. Here's what that means in practice.

  • Your promoter handles refunds. We hold them to it.

Quick rundown: the promoter you're fighting for sets the refund policy and holds the ticket money until payout — that's how it works on every platform, not just ours. So if a card changes, your promoter calls how refunds get handled. If they're not playing fair, that's the bit we step in on.

  • If something feels off, we step in.

If something doesn't sit right, message us. Whether that's refunds dragging on, fans being ignored, or anything else that feels unfair, we'll look into it and push the promoter for the right outcome. You're the ones doing the selling and showing up on the night. You should have someone in your corner.

  • We're one message away.

DM us, email us, either works — both go straight to one of us. No bots, no ticket queues, no "we'll get back to you in 5–7 working days". If it matters to you, message us and you'll hear back.

  • Built for fighters, not around them.

We started SHWDWN because fighters kept getting the worst end of every deal: chasing payouts, no credit for the tickets they shifted, no one in their corner when things went wrong. The whole company exists to fix that. Everything else is detail.

Signed,

The SHWDWN team

We're advocates, not guarantors. We push promoters to do the right thing, but we can't force them — fight contracts and pay-outs are between you and your promoter. Where a promoter chooses to pay you directly (auto-pay off), you're contracting with them, not with SHWDWN, for payment. See our Terms of Service for the full position on fighter payouts.
