Adding fighters to your events
Build your fight card from the Fight Card tab on your event page. You can add fighters who are already on SHWDWN or quick-add new ones and invite them later.
Adding a bout
- Open your event from the promoter dashboard and go to the Fight Card section.
- Tap Add Bout.
- For each corner (red and blue), search for an existing fighter or quick-add a fighter by name.
- Set main event and scheduled time.
- Save the bout.
Inviting quick-add fighters
When you quick-add a fighter, they don't have a SHWDWN account yet. To connect them:
- From the bout on the fight card, tap the fighter's name to generate an invite link.
- Send the link to the fighter (WhatsApp, text, email — whatever works).
- The fighter opens the link, downloads the app, creates their profile, and claims the bout. Their placeholder is automatically swapped to their real profile.
Reordering & editing bouts
You can reorder bouts using the up/down arrows, edit fighter assignments, or remove bouts entirely. The fight card order on the event page matches the order you set here.
Tip: Once a fighter claims their invite and is connected to a bout, they get a unique ticket link. Every ticket sold through their link is attributed to them — which feeds into fighter payouts.
