Payout terms
Payouts are managed entirely by your promotion — not by SHWDWN. Here's what that means for you as a fighter.
Who controls payouts
The promoter sets the payout terms for each event — including the percentage of ticket sales you earn through your attributed link. SHWDWN provides the infrastructure for tracking and processing payouts, but the promoter has full control over the terms.
What the promoter can do
- Set payout percentages — the promoter decides what percentage of attributed ticket sales you earn
- Override payout amounts — the promoter can adjust individual payouts before approving them
- Decline payouts — the promoter can decline a payout if there's a dispute or issue
- Change terms between events — payout terms are set per event, not globally
When you get paid
Payouts are processed after the event is marked as completed. The promoter reviews all fighter payouts and approves them individually. Once approved, the funds are transferred to your Stripe account. The timeline depends on your promoter — SHWDWN doesn't control when the promoter approves payouts.
