Publishing your event

Events stay as drafts until you publish them. Publishing makes your event live on SHWDWN so fans can start buying tickets.

Before you publish

Make sure you've completed these steps:

  • Stripe setup is complete — this is required. You cannot publish without a verified Stripe account.
  • Your event details are correct (title, date, venue, poster).
  • You've reviewed your ticket tiers and pricing.
  • Your fight card is set up (optional but recommended — you can add fighters after publishing too).

How to publish

  1. Open your event from the promoter dashboard.
  2. Tap Publish Event.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. Your event goes live immediately.

After publishing

Once published:

  • Your event appears on SHWDWN and fans can buy tickets.
  • You can still edit event details, add/edit tickets, and update the fight card.
  • You can cancel the event if needed — this refunds all ticket holders automatically.

Blocked? If the Publish button is disabled, check that your Stripe account is fully verified. The event must also be in draft status.
