Free tickets
Create complimentary tickets and share them with anyone — fighters, sponsors, press, friends. Each free ticket gets a unique claim link.
Creating free tickets
- Open your event from the promoter dashboard and go to Tickets.
- Expand the Free Tickets section and tap Create.
- Choose which ticket tier to issue (e.g. General Admission, Ringside, PPV Stream).
- Set the quantity — each ticket gets its own unique claim link.
- Tap Create ticket. Copy and share the claim links.
Sharing claim links
Each free ticket has a unique claim link. Copy it and send it to the person — WhatsApp, text, email, however you like. When they open the link and sign in, the ticket is added to their account automatically.
Ticket statuses
- Pending — the link has been created but nobody has claimed it yet
- Claimed — someone has opened the link and the ticket is in their account
- Revoked — you've cancelled the ticket. The claim link stops working.
Revoking a free ticket
If you need to cancel a free ticket before it's claimed, click the revoke button next to it. The claim link will stop working immediately. You can only revoke pending tickets — once claimed, the ticket belongs to the user.
Note: Free tickets don't count towards revenue or fighter attribution. They're separate from paid ticket sales.
