Theo Phillips

My name is Theo Phillips, and my boxing journey started when I was just 14 years old, in Northamptonshire. I started boxing with Rushden and Higham Community Boxing, not knowing exactly where the journey would take me. At the beginning, boxing was simply something I wanted to try. But over time, it became much more than that. I now box for Titan Fitness in Rushden. It became a way to test myself. A way to push myself when things got difficult. And most importantly, a way to find out what I could become. I’ve now had four bouts — 2 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw. I want to see how far I can take this. I want to become the best version of myself — inside and outside of the ring.
