End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SHWDWN for the use of the SHWDWN mobile application (the "App") available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. Licence Grant

SHWDWN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA and our Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicence the App
• Use the App to create a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by SHWDWN and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer purchases including event tickets and pay-per-view access. All purchases are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the promoter or the promoter elects to issue a refund.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (video and CDN), and Supabase (authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SHWDWN is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SHWDWN does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHWDWN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

10. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and SHWDWN, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If you downloaded from Google Play, you acknowledge the same with respect to Google.

Both Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

11. Changes

SHWDWN reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
