# SHWDWN — Feature Reference for AI Agents

SHWDWN is an all-in-one platform for running live events end to end — sell
tickets, live stream and charge for pay-per-view, and manage payouts. It runs
two brands on one codebase and one set of accounts:

- **SHWDWN** — combat sports (boxing, MMA, kickboxing). Adds fight cards, a
  fighter portal, bout invites, PPV streaming, and fighter payouts.
- **SHWUP** — general events (parties, concerts, club nights, festivals).
  Ticketing and event management only; combat-specific features are hidden.

Operated by SHWDWN LTD, a UK company (Companies House no. 17107765). Not
affiliated with the similarly named US talent-show / creator app
(shwdwn.com, shwdwn.io). Domain: **shwdwn.co**.

tickets from the same event; fast mobile checkout with Apple Pay & Google Pay;
discount codes (fixed or percentage); shareable free-ticket links with QR codes
and limits; tickets saved to Apple & Google Wallet; ticket reassignment,
waitlists, and refunds; ticket upgrades (pay the difference to move up a tier,
same QR); per-tier capacity caps with automatic sold-out states; receipts &
purchase history covering every payment, upgrade, and refund.

### Live streaming & PPV
Pay-per-view that only lets paying fans watch; professional delivery via
Cloudflare Stream; toggle streams public or private; live emoji reactions;

### Fight cards & matchmaking (combat only)
Visual fight-card builder with drag-to-reorder bouts; mark main events, title
fights, and champions; send bout invites fighters accept in the app; custom

### Fighter portal & earnings (combat only)
Public fighter profiles; accept and manage bouts from mobile; per-fighter
referral links so every sale is attributed; a per-event cut-off to stop fighter
attribution (after it, sales count to the promotion); automatic payouts via the

let them claim their profile later.

## Pricing

- **No monthly fees** — SHWDWN only earns when the promoter does.
- **Platform fee:** 1% of gross ticket revenue.
- **Fan booking fee (in-person):** 7.5% or £1.29, whichever is greater — paid by the buyer.
- **Fan booking fee (PPV):** 10% or £1.29, whichever is greater — paid by the buyer.
- Stripe payment processing is included.
